On Wednesdays this winter and spring we focus on blue mussels. We have fantastic mussels in our cold waters and you can serve them in many different ways. Together with our French sister restaurant Le Comptoir we have developed various recipes. The French know how to enjoy this classic dish! Choose between french fries or sourdough bread with your mussels.
